Cold Case Public Resource

Organized difficult case information into a clear public resource built for understanding and useful response.

OutcomeCase histories, supporting material, and a route for relevant information were brought into one understandable public path.

The problem

Cold cases contain years of detail, sensitive history, and information spread across different records. A public resource had to be clear without being careless or sensational.

What I did

I structured the material around what the public needed to understand: the case, the known facts, why it remained relevant, and how someone with useful information could respond.

What happened

The work became easier to navigate and more useful to people outside the agency, while preserving the seriousness and context of each case.

The evidence

The point, made visible.

The numbers and working sequence provide context for the outcome.
