What I did
I reframed the proposal around the nonprofit police chaplaincy, then built and operated the auction process end to end: identifying items, preparing listings, coordinating sales, and maintaining the program over several years.
What happened
A workaround outlived its original problem and became a repeatable program that returned otherwise unused value to a community service.
